What goes into our grading & sealing process
Standard 10 Point Grading System
Grading Based on:
- Edges
- Corners
- Surface
- Alignment
Standard Card Size: 2.5 x 3.5
Thickness: 35pt or 55pt
Each card is carefully handled and inspected by one of our top experts and not an AI system or computer.
Magnified under different shades of lighting also allows to find any defects withhin the texture of the card.
ex: scratches, dents, fraying, centering.
Each card is carefully inserted into a plastic slab and machine sealed using a sonic sound press. This allows to seal the card with pressure and sound, no glue and allowing no air bubbles along edges.

- MINT = 9 - 9.5
- NEAR MINT = 8 - 8.5
- EXCELLENT = 7 - 7.5
- VERY GOOD = 6
- GOOD = 5
- VERY FAIR = 4
- FAIR = 3

- VERY POOR = 1
What is GEM MINT
GEM-MINT 10
A GEM MINT card is a virtually perfect card.
- Four perfectly sharp corners
- Must be free of staining of any kind, but an allowance may be made for a slight printing imperfection.
- The image must be centered on the card within a tolerance not to exceed approximately 55/45 to 60/40 percent on the front, and 75/25 percent on the reverse.

MINT 9.5 - 9
Quality must be very close in nature to a GEM-MINT 10 but the following allowances may be made. Very light touches at one of the corners may be acceptable so long as the corner integrity remains intact. A slight surface dimple may be allowed if extremely limited.

MINT 8.5 - 8
A Near Mint 8 a card that appears Mint 9 at first glance, but upon closer inspection, the card can exhibit the following: slightest fraying at one or two corners or, a minor surface imperfection. For chrome cards, slight ridges where the cards were cut by manufacture. Centering must be approximately 65/35 or better on the front and 90/10 or better on the reverse.
What is EXCELLENT
MINT 7.5 - 7
EXCELLENT 7 is a card with just a slight surface wear visible upon close inspection. There may be slight bend or fraying on some corners and/or sides. A minor surface blemish is acceptable. Centering must be approximately 70/30 or better on the front and 90/10 or better on the back.
What is Very Good - Very Poor
All these aspects go into cards graded 6 - 1.
A very light surface crease may be present. Two or three light surface abrasions may be present. Graphic or text may have slight fading. Surface wear or printing defects are more visible. Surface wear is noticeable. Corner are rounded. Visvible creasing, discoloration, tears, rips, off cente

To save time and money on both ends, if a card doesn't grade over 7, we typically wont grade them. Certain cards that grade under 7 aren't worth grading, you'll spend more money than it's worth.

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP
We appologize for the inconvience. As we are under new ownership, the old inventory files did not transfer to our new system. We can not verify any cards graded with these labels before 2024.
These are not our labels. These belong to the old company and any cards done with these labels were graded prior to the new ownership.
Any google or public online reviews before May 2024 are not about us. We did not retain and prior employees and revamped the standards of the company. We decided to keep the name to make an easy transition and may think about changing it as we continue to work on giving our customers quality services they can trust.
